Terms of purchase


Shipment and delivery

We ship all shipments with Swedish Postnord that delivers via a local operator to the delivery point of your choice. You will receive a delivery confirmation email when your order is sent and if you have entered your telephone number when ordering, you will receive an SMS on arrival. .


Free shipping over 99 EUR . For orders under 99 EUR, a shipping fee of 5,9 EUR will be added.


Normal delivery is 1-3 working days within Sweden.


Delivery takes place with Postnord's business package, unit price SEK 79 including VAT or as postal package, unit price SEK 59. incl VAT. Business packages only deliver to the company's delivery address, weekdays between 8-16.


The package remains 14 days after the package arrives at your delivery point. We reserve the right to charge you SEK 300 for packages not collected to cover our costs.



Right of withdrawal and exchange

The statutory right of withdrawal is 14 days, but we always offer you as a customer 30 days open purchase. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying us within 30 days of receipt of the ordered item.

When returning or exchanging, use the preprinted return address label included in the package.

Submit the shipment to your nearest PostNord representative. Return shipping SEK 59 will be settled afterwards when we receive your return. For the exchange we offer return shipping.

If a returned item has been used to a greater extent than was necessary to determine its properties and function, Interteko AB Surahammar is entitled to deduct the value reduction on the item which may amount to the full price of the item.

If you return the entire order, the fees you paid in connection with the purchase, i.e. the value of the entire invoice/delivery note, will be refunded. If you have chosen to pay by card or direct bank, the money will be refunded to the same card / account with which you made your payment.

If you have paid for an invoice/account, we will return the money to your account number, the payment amount minus SEK 59 if you used our prepaid return address label.

If you have paid for postage, the refund will be made to your account number, the payment amount minus SEK 59 if you used our prepaid return address label.

It takes a maximum of 14 days from the time we receive your return until you receive a refund.


As a consumer, you are legally entitled to right of complaint for up to three years after the purchase, but within a reasonable period of time at least two months after an error is detected. The right of complaint relates to errors that can be attributed to the production of the product and thus does not apply to normal wear or aging of the product. Please contact us before the complaint for faster handling of the case.

We will pay the return shipping on a complaint or error handling provided that you use our preprinted return address label. Goods that are returned for postage or collections are not triggered by us. In the event of a dispute, we follow the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints’ decision.

Transport damage must be reported within a reasonable time. If you find that the goods have been damaged in transit upon receipt, this should be stated on the consignment note when you send out the shipment.

Uncollected packages

We reserve the right to charge you SEK 300 for uncollected packages to cover our costs.


In cooperation with Klarna we offer invoice payment, part payment, credit card payment and direct payment. This payment solution is called Klarna Checkout.

By submitting information at checkout, you agree to the terms of Klarna. By clicking "Finish Purchase" you agree to our Terms.

Klarna Checkout presents some information to you as soon as you are identified. The information you need to enter to identify may vary between different purchase times and customers. No credit information is ever taken directly into Klarna Checkout, but if necessary depending on the payment option you have chosen.

Anti-spam policy

Interteko AB Surahammar dislikes spam as much as you do and has strict rules about how we handle your information. As a customer to us, you can receive emails regarding your order, payment or other automated mailings. You can also receive e-mail, sms or other direct mail with information, newsletters or offers. If you have accepted the newsletter, you will receive mailings from us containing offers and other information. If you do not want any mail from us can easily unsubscribe via a link in the email. You will only receive mailings from Interteko AB Surahammar or partners in the same group and never from any third party supplier that is not part of the same business group.

Age limit

To shop at Garphyttan you must have reached the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, you must have permission from a guardian to order from our shop.

We make reservations for local deviations, printing errors and final sales.

Force Majeure

Events such as wars, natural disasters, labor market battles, government decisions, missing supplies from subcontractors, costly circumstances and similar events outside the G-cabin Group AB control, which could not reasonably be foreseen, should be attributed to force majeure. This meansthat Interteko AB Surahammar is exempted from its obligations to fulfill entered into agreements.
