Shipping & delivery

How long does delivery take?

This differs between what country the order is shipped to. Within Europe it usually takes between 2-5 working days. Orders shipped with UPS usually take no longer than 3 days.

How is my order shipped?

We offer multiple shipping options. DHL (free shipping) delivers to your nearest pickup shop. UPS delivers to your door.

Can I track my order?

When your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately we can’t guarantee that a placed order will get cancelled in time. But if you reach out to our support as soon as possible we will do everything we can to help you out!

Where do I enter my discount code?

You apply your discount by clicking “Have a promo code?” in the checkout.

Return & exchange

How do I exchange a product?

When exchanging a product you place a new order on our website yourself. We will give you a refund for your first purchase.

This is how you exchange your product(s):

 

    1. Fill in the return form that’s attached in your original package. Make sure you fill in your order number that you find on your delivery note. 
    2. Place the return form together with the products and paste the return label on your package. Leave the package at your nearest pickup shop. 
    3. Place a new order on our website to whatever product you want. It doesn’t have to be the same product as you originally ordered. As soon as we have received and registered your returned products we will make sure you get a refund..

          Material and sustainability

          Where are your clothes produced?

          Our main production sites are currently located in Portugal, China and Bangladesh while always investigating and evaluating other production sites in both Asia and Europe. Our ambition is to always be at the forefront in terms of material selection and production technology and that all production sites are certified in accordance with BSCI (The Business Social Compliance Initiative). BSCI is a European business-driven collaborative initiative, a "code of conduct", for companies that want to improve working conditions in the global supply chain. They concentrate on working conditions and the Code of Conduct BSCI also contains rules for environmental considerations regarding water, air and chemicals.

          How should I impregnate the clothes?

          Our standard CO / PES fabrics are pre-impregnated with a liquid base that is Oeko-Tex certified. For an improved water repelling we recommend using our own wax, Garphyttan Original Wax.

          This applies to our cotton/polyester garments.

          Sizes

          How are the sizes of your products?

          On each product page we indicate if the product deviates from normal sizes. Another tip is to read the product reviews, where you usually can find someone with the same body type as you!
