RETURN RIGHT, RETURN & REPLACEMENT

Right of withdrawal and exchange

The statutory right of withdrawal is 14 days, but we always offer you as a customer 30 days open purchase. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying us within 30 days of receipt of the ordered item.

When returning or exchanging, use the preprinted return address label included in the package.

Submit the shipment to your nearest postal operator that we used for shipping .

If a returned item has been used to a greater extent than was necessary to determine its properties and function, we are entitled to deduct the value reduction on the item which may amount to the full price of the item.

Refund

If you return the entire order, the fees you paid in connection with the purchase, i.e. the value of the entire invoice/delivery note, will be refunded. If you have chosen to pay by card or direct bank, the money will be refunded to the same card / account with which you made your payment.

If you have paid with invoice/account, we will return the money to you.

It takes a maximum of 14 days from the time we receive your return until you receive a refund.

Complaint

As a consumer, you are legally entitled to right of complaint for up to three years after the purchase, but within a reasonable period of time at least two months after an error is detected. The right of complaint relates to errors that can be attributed to the production of the product and thus does not apply to normal wear or aging of the product. Please contact us before the complaint for faster handling of the case.

We will pay the return shipping on a complaint or error handling provided that you use our preprinted return address label. Goods that are returned for postage or collections are not triggered by us. In the event of a dispute, we follow the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints’ decision.

Transport damage must be reported within a reasonable time. If you find that the goods have been damaged in transit upon receipt, this should be stated on the consignment note when you send out the shipment.

Uncollected packages

We reserve the right to charge you SEK 300 for packages that is not picked up to cover our costs.
